Gatekeepers Ministries International, located at 3600 Earl Avenue in Pennsauken, New Jersey is a non-profit organization with many areas of outreach to the city of Camden. SRRC (Search Rescue and Relief Committee) is under the umbrella of Gatekeepers Ministries International and provides non-perishable and perishable food to Camden County residents on a supplemental or emergency basis. Our food pantry is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:00 am and 2:00pm.Applicants can contact Veronica Jones, Director at 856-342-8045 to request food. ID and proof of residence is required. We receive food from the food bank of South Jersey and other donors. We have reached our goal of serving over 1000 families in the past and plan to serve many more families in 2009. We also provide thanksgiving baskets to individuals in the community on a first come first serve basis. Applicants may call the 3rd week of October to sign up. |
